so, Lagi lama korang berckp.. lagi byk la kena caj kt bil tepon
2) P1 WiMAX

P1 sewa blackbone TM. sbb kt mesia ni.. TM yg pegang tu.
P1 ni, kadang2 ok,, kadang2 x ok.. sbb
i) line x stabil (normal la.. nothing perfect in this world)
ii) signal guna technology *DOME* bentuk kubah tu..
kalo korang tgal kt kawasan tgi, maybe xle dpt signal (kalo dpt pun, quality x bgus sgt).
kalo korang test signal kt kdai2 reseller tingkat bawah nampak cam Power je.. tp awas! jgn tertipu dengannya jika anda penghuni rumah tingkat 10 ke atas~
P/s: org kalo nk berbisnes, xkan cerita kburukan product nye ~ nt prospect x beli la ~
iii) P1 skrg pun da mula risau pasal slow connection
dulu x ramai, dia bleh cover.. skrg usage makin tgi,

masalah signal wave ni, mmg xle nk dielakkan. sbb tu Astro x kasi Rebet.
kalo xleh guna sbulan.. bil tetap jalan.
kalo TM, sbulan xleh guna.. bleh claim rebet
3) Masalah teknikal - call 100
* Jika hadapi masalah utk melayari internet
Customer Service akan bantu anda secara percuma (atas nasib je dpt staff yg pandai atau staff yg ******* [robotik-terlalu ikut script] @ gagal utk mngenalpasti masalah customer)
*troubleshooting yg dilakukan sbenarnye adalah bertujuan utk mgenal pasti masalah tu.. samada dr Customer side or TM side (mcm nk tapis dulu possibilities yg masalah connection tu dtg drp customer side)
*Jika Troubleshooting yg diberikan tu, masih lg gagal utk Solve kan masalah internet, mereka akan buat report utk assign seorang technician pegi check line streamyx customer tu..
& Utk pengetahuan sume, technician tu akan check pd Port/Kabinet(DSLAM -fido&azrul pasti tau Dslam ni) je.
Port ni berada diluar umah customer and its 100% under TM responsibility to ensure that port is in good condition & working
* Bile da checked kt Port no problem (suspect ade problem somewhere kt customer side)
- Setakat ini, customer tidak dikenakan sebarang caj utk perkhidmatan technician td tu
* Tetapi, Jika customer tatau jgak nk buat mcmane utk solve kan masalah connection yg kt Umah customer sdiri and request technician datang solve, time ni la baru customer dikenakan caj Rm 88 (Fixed) dlm bil akan datang . & dan bukan nye bayar pd technician.
*utk pengetahuan jgak lg,

*kalo aku la kan,
jika ade masalah connection,
* tngok status lampu ADSL / DSL / LINK pada modem - lampu ni indicate connection line status
dengan katelaen, connectivity drp Modem ke Port
i) Stable : Line Ok. patut xde masalah
ii) Blinking : Not Ok
iii) Off : Not Ok
* try restart modem.. if still xleh restart PC
*utk renew IP , renew APIPA wateva sume system computer yg buat.
kena refresh balik
* Check IP *kalo korang set ip manually
- reconfigure jika perlu
* Guna command prompt utk Ping
i) Ping 127.0.0.1 for Check IP STACK
ii) Ping IP for check connectivity Network Card
iii) Ping Default Gateway for check connectivity Modem plak
*try unplug - replug the cable (telephone + internet)
* Cuba angkat ganggang phone - check bunyi
- Cracking: not ok
- Silent: not ok
- Normal : ttoooootttttt.. OK

kalo da buat tp still xle wat connection, dorang akan open report assign technician utk check port.
maybe port problem
* kalo masalah ni amik masa cth nye 10days.
bila masalah ni selesai, guna no report ni utk request rebate.
* kalo masalah tu dtg dr port tersebut, Pasti korang akan dpt Rebet utk 10days tu
